“If speaking is silver, then listening is gold” is an old Turkish proverb. There is a lot of truth in that. But sometimes it is important to speak up. This reading plan discusses various Bible texts that teach you when to speak and when to remain silent, and help you to choose your words wisely.

Join us as we grow in our understanding of God, ourselves, and the world through the lens of the Bible. Jesus defines discipleship as being obedient to God. Life in Christ is, therefore, incomplete if the knowledge we acquire does not influence our daily lives. As we head into the season of Advent, it’s easy to be swept away with all the plans of Christmas, family times, food, and gifts. It's also full of emotions, pain, and loss for many of us. Advent is a season of waiting. Trusting in a good God who holds our times and seasons. Advent. Wait. Hope.
