“Nyararai pamberi pangu, imi zviwi! Ndudzi ngadzivandudze simba radzo! Ngadziswedere mberi dzitaure; ngatisanganei pamwe chete panzvimbo inotongerwa mhaka. “Ndianiko akamutsa mumwe kubva kumabvazuva, akamudana nokururama kuushumiri hwake? Anopa ndudzi kwaari, uye anoisa madzimambo pasi pake. Anovashandura vagova guruva nomunondo wake, vagova hundi inopepereswa nemhepo nouta hwake. Anovadzinganisa agopfuurira mberi asina vanga, nenzira yaasina kumbotsika netsoka dzake kare. Ndiani akabata basa iri akaripedza, akadana zvizvarwa kubva pakutanga? Ini, Jehovha, iye wokutanga wavo newokupedzisira, ndini iye.” Zviwi zvakazviona zvikatya; magumo enyika anodedera. Vanoswedera uye vagouya mberi; mumwe nomumwe anobatsira wokwake, achiti kuhama yake, “Simba!” Mhizha inokurudzira mupfuri wegoridhe, uye iye anotsetsenura nenyundo anokurudzira uyo anorova panhera. Usatya Jakobho iwe honye, iwe mudiki Israeri, nokuti ini iyeni ndichakubatsira,” ndizvo zvinotaura Jehovha, Mudzikinuri wako, Mutsvene waIsraeri. “Tarira, ndichakuita mupuro, mutsva unopinza, una meno mazhinji. Uchapura makomo ugoapwanya, uye uchaderedza zvikomo zvikava hundi. Uchaapepeta, achatorwa nemhepo, uye chamupupuri chichaaparadzira. Asi iwe uchafara muna Jehovha, uye uchazvirumbidza muMutsvene waIsraeri. “Varombo navanoshaya vanotsvaka mvura asi hakuna; ndimi dzavo dzaoma nenyota. Asi ini Jehovha ndichavapindura; ini, Mwari waIsraeri, handizovasiya. Ndichaita kuti nzizi dziyerere pamitunhu isina miti, namatsime pakati pemipata. Ndichashandura gwenga rikava madziva emvura, nenyika yakaoma ikava matsime. Ndichaisa mugwenga musidhari nomuakasiya, mumite nomuorivhi. Ndichaisa mipaini musango, misipuresi nemifiri pamwe chete, kuitira kuti vanhu vaone uye vagoziva, varangarire vagonzwisisa, kuti ruoko rwaJehovha rwakaita izvozvi, kuti Mutsvene waIsraeri ndiye akazvisika. “Sumai mhaka yenyu,” ndizvo zvinotaura Jehovha. “Uyai namashoko enyu akasimba,” ndizvo zvinotaura Mambo waJakobho. “Uyai nezvifananidzo zvenyu zvitiudze zvichaitika. Tiudzei zvinhu zvakare kuti zvaiva zvipi, kuti zvimwe tizviongorore tigoziva magumo azvo. Kana kuti tizivisei, zvinhu zvichaitika, tiudzei kuti ramangwana rinei, kuti tizive kana imi muri vanamwari. Itai chimwe chinhu, chingava chakanaka kana chakaipa, kuitira kuti tigoshamiswa tigozadzwa nokutya. Asi imi hamusi chinhu, uye mabasa enyu haana maturo chose; anokusarudzai anonyangadza. “Ndamutsa mumwe anobva kumusoro, zvino ari kuuya, mumwe anobva kumabvazuva anodana kuzita rangu. Ndinotarisa asi hapana munhu, hapana pakati pavo anopa zano, hapana anondipindura pandinovabvunza. Tarirai, vose inhema dzoga! Mabasa avo haana maturo; zvifananidzo zvavo imhepo nenyonganiso.

Anovaisa pamunondo wake seguruva, napauta hwake sehundi inodzingwa nemhepo. Anodzingana navo, ndokupfuura hake zvakanaka nenzira yaasina kumbotsika netsoka dzake. Ndianiko akabata basa iro nokuzviita? Ndiye anodana marudzi kubvira pakutanga; ini Jehovha, wokutanga, nowokupedzisira. Zviwi zvakaona, zvikatya; migumo yenyika inodedera, inoswedera, youya. Mumwe nomumwe anobatsira wokwake; anoti kuhama yake, “Tsunga hako mwoyo.” Saizvozvo muvezi anosimbisa mupfuri wendarama, noanopfura nenyundo anosimbisa anorova panhera, achiti, “Pamusoro pokunamatidza. Ndichasima parenje miti yemisidhari, nemiakasia, nemimirite, nemiorivhi; ndichaisa musango misiperesi, nemipani, nemifiri, iyo yose; kuti vanhu vaone, nokuziva, nokurangarira, nokunzwisisa, kuti ruoko rwaJehovha ndirwo rwakaita izvozvo, uye kuti Mutsvene waIsiraeri ndiye wakazvisika.” Zvanzi naJehovha, “Revai mhaka yenyu;” zvanzi namambo waJakobho, “Uyai namashoko enyu akasimba.” Ngavauye nawo, vatiudze zvichaitwa; tiudzei zvinhu zvakare, kuti ndezvei, kuti tizvirangarire, tizive kuguma kwazvo; kana mutizivise zvichazovapo. Tiudzei zvinhu zvichazovapo pashure, tizive kuti muri vamwari; zvirokwazvo, itai zvakanaka, kana itai zvakaipa, kuti tishamiswe, tizvione tose pamwechete. Tarirai imi hamuzi chinhu, nebasa renyu harizi chinhu; anokusanangurai anonyangadza. Ndamutsa mumwe anobva kurutivi rwokumusoro, zvino wasvika; mumwe anobva kumabudazuva, anodana zita rangu; iye achatsika vabati samatope, somuumbi anokanya ivhu. Ndianiko wakatiudza izvozvo kubvira pakutanga, kuti tizive? Napanguva yakare, kuti titi, “Zvirokwazvo?” Zvirokwazvo, hakuna anotiudza, zvirokwazvo, hakuna anotiratidza, zvirokwazvo, hakuna anonzwa mashoko enyu. Ndini ndichatanga kuti kuZioni, “Tarirai, tarirai, havo; ndichatumira Jerusaremu nhume inouya namashoko akanaka.” Kana ndichitarira, hakuna munhu; pakati pavo hakuna anogona kurayirira, angapindura shoko, kana ndichivabvunza. Tarirai, ava vose havana maturo, mabasa avo haana maturo, haazi chinhu; mifananidzo yavo yakaumbwa imhepo nezvisina maturo.

Anoti marudzi mumaoko make kacha achitsokodzera madzimambo pasi petsoka. Nebakatwa rake anoita kuti vave guruva, nouta hwake achivaitisa chimwandamwanda samashanga. Anonyatsovaronda pasina kana chinomuwana nenzira dzaasati ambotsika zvake. Ndiani akaita kuti zvose izvozvi zviitike, ndiani aipa zvijana kuzvizvarwa nezvizvarwa kubvira pakutanga? Ndinika iyeni Tenzi. Ndini iye wokutanga noWokupedzisira. “Nyika dzokumahombekombe kwegungwa dzakazviona dzikatya, vekwakaperera nyika chaiko vakadedera vava kukotonoka kuuya. Ndichakubatsirai, ndizvo zviri kutaurwa naTenzi; mununuri wenyu, ndini Anoera waIsiraeri. Chinzwai, ndichakuitai chinhu chokupurisa nacho chitsva chakapinza china mazino uzopura makomo uchiaparadza, zvikomo uchizviita semarara zvawo. Muchazviurutsa zvigopeperetswa nemhepo zvigomwarariswa nedutu. Anokusarudzai anosemesa kwazvo. “Ndamutsa mumwe wokumaodzanyemba ari kuuya nechokumabvazuva anonamata zita rangu. Anotsokodzera vatongi semadhaka, somuumbi ari kukanya munyakwe. Ndiani akazvitaura pakutanga kuti tizvizivewo akafanozvireva kuti tigoti, ‘Aiva pachokwadi.’ Hapana akafanozvitaura kana kuwana akazviparidza. Hapana kana neakambokunzwai muchizvitaura. Hezvika ndatotanga kuzviparidza muZioni, ndapa kuJerusaremu muparidzi weshoko rakanaka. Asi ndinoti ndakatarisa ndinoona pasina mumwe akadai. Pakati paivava hapana kana jinda zvaro rokuti kana ndikabvunza ringapindure.
