“Truly I tell you, whoever who hears my word and believes in the one who sent me has eternal life. They will not be judged, because they have crossed over from death into life.

You study the Scriptures carefully because you think they will give you eternal life. The same Scriptures you study are also a witness about me. But you still refuse to come to me and receive life.

Then Jesus told him, “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.” The man was healed at once, and he picked up his mat and started to walk away. But this happened on a Sabbath day

Jesus answered, “Truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself. He can do only what he sees his Father doing. Whatever the Father does, the Son also does
