Faithfulness is a stepping stone.
Faithfulness in the little things shows how one will be faithful in larger things. Before God chose David to go against Goliath to liberate Israel from the armies of the Philistines, David proved himself faithful in the pastures guarding the sheep. God expects us to be faithful with the talents, wealth, knowledge, and time that He has given to us (I Corinthians 4:1-2).
