We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to Godनमुना

Day 163 of 365
In Proverbs 7, we see a clear warning to guard our hearts against temptation and destructive paths. God calls us to protect our hearts as the wellspring of life, knowing that every action flows from it. In John 20, we see the risen Christ overcoming death, offering us victory over sin and empowering us to live in His freedom. The Holy Spirit enables us to guard our hearts, giving us the strength and wisdom to walk in purity.
Temptation can lead us away from God, but with the Spirit’s help, we can resist and stay rooted in His truth. Jesus’ resurrection reminds us that He has already won the battle over sin, and we are no longer bound by its power. As we surrender our hearts to Him, the Spirit fills us with clarity and courage to live in a way that honors God.
Today, invite the Holy Spirit to guard your heart and mind. Surrender any struggles, trusting in His strength to guide and protect you. Let His truth and wisdom shape your thoughts, decisions, and desires, keeping you aligned with God’s purpose and filling you with peace.
