Romans 12:5
Romans 12:5 New Living Translation (NLT)
so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other.
Romans 12:5 English Standard Version 2016 (ESV)
so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.
Romans 12:4-6 The Message (MSG)
In this way we are like the various parts of a human body. Each part gets its meaning from the body as a whole, not the other way around. The body we’re talking about is Christ’s body of chosen people. Each of us finds our meaning and function as a part of his body. But as a chopped-off finger or cut-off toe we wouldn’t amount to much, would we? So since we find ourselves fashioned into all these excellently formed and marvelously functioning parts in Christ’s body, let’s just go ahead and be what we were made to be, without enviously or pridefully comparing ourselves with each other, or trying to be something we aren’t.
Romans 12:5 King James Version (KJV)
so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
Romans 12:5 New American Standard Bible - NASB 1995 (NASB1995)
so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.
Romans 12:5 New Century Version (NCV)
In the same way, we are many, but in Christ we are all one body. Each one is a part of that body, and each part belongs to all the other parts.
Romans 12:5 American Standard Version (ASV)
so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and severally members one of another.
Romans 12:5 New International Version (NIV)
so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.
Romans 12:5 New King James Version (NKJV)
so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.
