2 Corinthians 1:13
2 Corinthians 1:13 The Passion Translation (TPT)
We write to you with words that are clearly understood, and there is no need for you to try to read between the lines of what we write in hopes that you can completely and accurately understand our hearts.
2 Corinthians 1:12-14 The Message (MSG)
Now that the worst is over, we’re pleased we can report that we’ve come out of this with conscience and faith intact, and can face the world—and even more importantly, face you with our heads held high. But it wasn’t by any fancy footwork on our part. It was God who kept us focused on him, uncompromised. Don’t try to read between the lines or look for hidden meanings in this letter. We’re writing plain, unembellished truth, hoping that you’ll now see the whole picture as well as you’ve seen some of the details. We want you to be as proud of us as we are of you when we stand together before our Master Jesus.
2 Corinthians 1:13 King James Version (KJV)
For we write none other things unto you, than what ye read or acknowledge; and I trust ye shall acknowledge even to the end
2 Corinthians 1:13 New American Standard Bible - NASB 1995 (NASB1995)
For we write nothing else to you than what you read and understand, and I hope you will understand until the end
2 Corinthians 1:13-14 New Century Version (NCV)
We write to you only what you can read and understand. And I hope that as you have understood some things about us, you may come to know everything about us. Then you can be proud of us, as we will be proud of you on the day our Lord Jesus Christ comes again.
2 Corinthians 1:13 American Standard Version (ASV)
For we write no other things unto you, than what ye read or even acknowledge, and I hope ye will acknowledge unto the end
2 Corinthians 1:13 New International Version (NIV)
For we do not write you anything you cannot read or understand. And I hope that
2 Corinthians 1:13 New King James Version (NKJV)
