Job 23:13-14
Job 23:13-17 The Message (MSG)
“But he is singular and sovereign. Who can argue with him? He does what he wants, when he wants to. He’ll complete in detail what he’s decided about me, and whatever else he determines to do. Is it any wonder that I dread meeting him? Whenever I think about it, I get scared all over again. God makes my heart sink! God Almighty gives me the shudders! I’m completely in the dark, I can’t see my hand in front of my face.”
Job 23:13-14 King James Version (KJV)
But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? And what his soul desireth, even that he doeth. For he performeth the thing that is appointed for me: And many such things are with him.
Job 23:13-14 New American Standard Bible - NASB 1995 (NASB1995)
But He is unique and who can turn Him? And what His soul desires, that He does. For He performs what is appointed for me, And many such decrees are with Him.
Job 23:13-14 New Century Version (NCV)
“But he is the only God. Who can come against him? He does anything he wants. He will do to me what he said he would do, and he has many plans like this.

But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? And what his soul desireth, even that he doeth. For he performeth that which is appointed for me: And many such things are with him.
