Jesus didn’t say, those who “believe”.
Jesus didn’t say, “those who believe about him.” Jesus said, those who “believe in him”.

Faith in Jesus is a faith of:

Divine Justification (Ephesians 2:4-8)
Internal Transformation (Galatians 5:22-25)
Consistent growth (2 Peter 1:5-9)
Personal and communal identification.

What does belief in Jesus do through the ministry of the Holy Spirit?


1. Allows us to communicate with God and to understand His word. (1 Cor. 2:6-16)
2. Equips us with a unique God-given capacity. (1 Cor. 12:1-27)
3. Enables us to bring the good news of Jesus with others. (Acts 1:8)
4. Reminds us that we are designed for more. (John 16:7-15)
