2 Chronicles 20
- These scriptures describe the people praising out front.
- The Moabites and the Ammonites come against Jehoshaphat and are defeated by the praise of God's people.
- Victory took place was directly related to worship

2 Chronicles 20:1-4 - Facing Conflict
a. Report came that their was a multitude coming against them
b. Jehoshaphat feared
- There are people who will tell you when you get a bad report to "Praise the Lord"
- Fear does not disqualify you as a person of faith
- Difference is what you do when you face fear
c. Fasting is not to show God how sincere you are
d. They began to pray

2 Chronicles 20:6-9 - The Prayer
a. It is a prayer that begins with worship
b. The choir didn't go out with the idea that they would sing and impress God with their praise
c. Faith comes from the Word of God and not our praise

2 Chronicles 20:14-17 - The Spirit of the Lord comes upon Jahaziel and he prophesies
a. He wasn't inspired to say an inspirational speech born out of his own hopes and desires
b. We hear these types of prophecies today (we will be victorious, the battle belongs to the Lord)

2 Chronicles 20:18-19 - The Israelites were given another tomorrow
a. They drop to the ground in worship
b. This is why prophecy is still important in the church today
c. What is important is where the praise and worship came from

2 Chronicles 20:20-21
a. The next morning it is a whole new day
b. Jehoshaphat decided he was going to follow through
c. Praise and worship should always be a response
