We love celebrating baptisms, and today's services will be full of inspirational stories from those that have placed their faith in Christ, as well as a time for worship and a message from Pastor Tim. Join us for the 9am and 11am services!

http://www.theridge.church/watchparty Today, February 2—It’s all about football, friends, and fun! All 6th–12th grade students are invited to join us in The Loft TONIGHT for the Super Bowl Sunday Watch Party at 6pm! Enjoy snacks and hang out with your friends. Invite someone new—all are welcome!

http://www.theridge.church/emptybowls Saturday, February 8—Meet us at the WOW! Factory to decorate bowls for the annual Empty Bowls fundraising event! You choose your bowl—get creative and paint it however you want! Then your bowl is donated to the fundraiser which raises funds and awareness to feed the hungry in Mon County. All supplies are provided and the $7 fee can be paid at the event.

The Greek root-word baptizein means to plunge, immerse, sink; hence to wash…From Jewish rules of purification concerning ritual uncleanness the word gained a technical religious connotation implying “purification” from all that might exclude from God’s presence.
