Come - proserchomai - To move toward, approach, come near, seek

Bodly - parresia - State of boldness and confidence in speech, free or all-outspokenness, freedom of speech, frankness or candor

Throne - thronos - Place from which authority or rule is exercised

Grace - charis - Goodwill freely dispersed by God; kindness, favor, graciousness

Mercy - eleos - Leniency and compassion shown towards offenders by a person of authority

Obtain - lambano - To receive or accept an object or benefit for which the initiative rests with the giver, but the focus of attention in the transfer is upon the receiver

- To take, seize or get hold of what is offered

Finding something means it was already there!

The “Grace to Help” is already available to us but we have to come and “FIND” it in prayer.

Time of need - eukairos - Well timed or opportune time; advantageous

Persistence - anaideia - Pressing solicitation, urgent request which is urged with troublesome frequency, shameless immodesty or audacity


We think persistence in prayer is trying to persuade God to do something but what if He is saying that our persistence is in "finding" the grace to help.
