Big Idea: From an early age, we are conditioned to assign blame and take credit.

How did I get here?

We lose respect for boundaries.

When confronted, we avoid accountability.

When guilty, we seek to shift responsibility.

How did this happen?

Sometimes, situations arise that are beyond our control.

When we don’t like the answer, we often seek another explanation that fits the way we see the world.

In our haste to assign blame, we miss the signs that are right in front of us.

Ending the cycle of shaming and blaming means that we take responsibility for our actions and forgive others that have done the same.
