We are so glad you have chosen to attend Dover Assembly this morning. It is not by accident that you are here. We believe that God has allowed you to be here so that you might receive all that He has for you. We pray you are blessed as you allow the Lord to work in your life.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Invite Your One Is Here!
We have announced this event over the past few last weeks. Your deacon board and several others have already been in prayer for this for a few weeks now. We have designated Sunday September 22 as the day where we invite one (at least) person to church.

There is an invitation card enclosed in this bulletin. Feel free to use this when you invite your someone.

Women's Bible Study
Anna will begin the women’s bible study on Monday Sept 9 at 6:30 pm. See the insert for more details.

Fifth Sunday Family Church
Beginning on Sunday, Sept. 29, we are introducing our 5th Sunday Family Church. We desire our children and youth to be a part of our “adult” morning worship service. Instead of meeting in Children’s Church downstairs, our R.O.C.K. kids will join us for the entire service. In the months where there is a 5th Sunday, the R.O.C.K. children will join us in “Big Church”. The upcoming dates are: Sept 29, Dec 29, March 29, May 31, Aug 30, Nov 29

Men's Breakfast
The guys will be going to breakfast at Lyndon Diner on route 30 Saturday, Sept 14. Be sure to join us at 8:00 for a great time of food and fellowship. Plus it’s a great opportunity to bring a friend! Sign up in the lower foyer.

Men's Conference
The annual men’s conference is fast approaching on October 18&19. The deadline for sign-ups is Sept 27. Cost is $55 per person with discounts for Seniors and Teens. Please sign up in the lower foyer if you are able to join us.

See You At The Pole
The annual student gathering at their local school’s flagpole for prayer is Wednesday, Sept 25. Each school district has differing times, so be sure to check with your school. We want to blanket every school with prayer and protection for the upcoming year. Even if you do not have students in school, your prayers will be appreciated. Be a part of this outreach! This year’s theme is “IF” based on the scripture:

2 Chron 7:14 If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. NIV

BODY NEWS

Water Baptism
If you have been a Christian for a while and have not followed the Lord in Water Baptism and would like to do so, please stop by the Information Desk for a form. The date for the water baptism is Sunday, Oct 6.

Church Membership
If you have been attending Dover Assembly for at least 6 months and would like to become a voting member, please stop by the Information Desk for a form. We will have our new members class on Saturday Oct. 5.
