Jesus draws a distinction between the Old and New Covenant. The old and the new can’t mix.

Identity. - the new and the old don’t mix well.

What we teach, what we model is very important - It sets a foundation of Identity.  

New Vs Old Old says don’t come near, don’t touch. If you do you will die.

New says come near, draw near, bring all, children, adults, Male and Females come near ​
