Pastor of Children's Ministry Candidate
The Children’s Pastor Search Committee has unanimously recommended Chad Smith to fill this role, and the elders have adopted the recommendation. There will be two open forums for people to meet Chad, hear his testimony, and ask him questions:Thursday, March 7, at 7 pm (Room 140)Saturday, March 9, at 10 am (Room 140) The congregational meeting and vote will be:Sunday, March 10, at 10:15 am (Main Auditorium) The congregational meeting and confirmation vote will be held between services on March 10. Anyone can attend the meeting, but only members can vote. Please do your best to be on time. When you arrive at the meeting, you will need to sign-in, and pick up a ballot. There will be multiple sign-in tables in the auditorium. If you have questions for Chad, we encourage you to take the opportunity to get those answered at the forums rather than at the congregational meeting so that the meeting can proceed in a timely manner. Good Friday Services
We will be remembering the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for our salvation through an intimate time of meditative music, devotion and communion. On April 19, we will have 2 services in the Chapel during the afternoon and 1 service in auditorium in the evening (approximately 40 minutes each).

Easter Sunday Services
Join us for a joyful Easter celebration on April 21! We will have two services, at 9:00 & 10:45 am.
Regular Kid Connection, Student Ministries, and Adult Groups will not meet. Nursery will be open for children 2 and under.

Baptism
Our in-service spring baptism celebration will be April 28, and we'll be baptizing believers in both services. Story Night will be April 26 at 7 pm. If you haven't been baptized since trusting in Jesus, we encourage you to prayerfully consider doing so. Visit efree.org/baptism to sign up!

Celebrate after our baptism services on April 28 with a First Free Food Truck Sunday on April 28. We’ll have a variety of trucks in the north parking lot, plus a bounce house and other fun additions!
Women's Worship and Prayer
Our monthly women's worship and prayer gathering meets on the 1st Saturday of each month. We meet in Room 341 from 8:30 - 10:00 am, and we provide the coffee! Join us for time spent with the Lord and your sisters in Christ.

Carman Trails Partnership Backpack Program
We are partnering with Carman Trails school to help support some of their students who face food insecurity. To help, please bring non-perishable, shelf-stable items (not canned, because of weight) to the hampers at the entrances to the building. Suggested items include fruit cups, prepared pasta meals, chicken/tuna packets, etc. Thank you for your generosity!
Care Team Counseling
Life often includes challenges that are too big to face alone. Our lay Care Team Counselors are trained to walk alongside and assist people who are in need of hope, care, and direction. Counselors are available by appointment every Thursday evening - email care@efree.org.

SOS - Servants On Site
