Breath and Fire | “Deep and Wide" / LWM Sunday
In Luke 5:1-11, Jesus tells tired fishermen to put out into the deep water ... again! Peter falls at His feet and confesses his sin, but Jesus says, "Do not be afraid." That same Jesus still sends His Holy Spirit to call, gather, enlighten, sanctify, and keep us in the faith.

4. “Astonished” >> thambos = amazement, something that stuns or overwhelms, unexpected and extraordinary >> only God could do this! Let’s do something together that we could never do on my own.
· “Catch men” >> larger impact than they could imagine ... Pentecost – 3,000.
· “Follow”... akoloutheo = conform to Jesus’ teaching and example ... implies a journey ... lives never the same.
