For every negative thought or complaint you have about your spouse, think of something you really appreciate about them.

When we practice little acts of love and respect, even when the other person doesn’t, it opens a door, it plants a seed of hope for a way back to a healthy marriage.

Men, we love our wives well by:
Remembering we are mini versions of Jesus.
We sacrificially lead.
We put our love into words.
We put our love into action.

Women, we love our husbands well by:
Recognizing their position of authority was set by God.
Doing the hard work on our pasts.
We put our respect into words.
We put our respect into action
