Welcome! 👋 We’re so glad you’ve joined us at GBC today. The Bible is filled with women whose lives continue to speak across the centuries. In this five-week series, we will meet five remarkable women from the Old Testament: the widow of Zarephath, Miriam, Abigail, Hagar, and Rebekah. Their lives are wonderfully diverse, yet each bears witness to God's character and invites us to trust him more deeply and point us beyond themselves to the God who is faithful in every generation. Drawing on the imagery of Hebrews 12, we will listen to these women as part of the "great cloud of witnesses" whose lives encourage us to keep running the race of faith. Join us as we learn from these faithful women and are inspired to live lives that bear witness to God's grace, faithfulness, and redeeming work in our own generation.
