God is not looking for owners. He’s looking for faithful stewards.

The direction of your money often reveals the direction of your heart.

Following Jesus costs:
• Time
• Convenience
• Comfort
• Preferences
• Pride

The early church didn’t ask, “What can I spare?”
They asked, “What can I sacrifice?”

Consumers ask,“What’s in it for me?”
Contributors ask, “How can God use me?”

If money told the truth, it would say:
• “I can’t give you meaning.”
• “I make a terrible master.”
• “My direction reveals your affection.”
• "What you do with me reveals who you belong to.”

Am I living to consume or living to contribute?
