God’s righteousness is revealed in Christ.

Righteousness restores:
• Fellowship with God.
• Peace in our heart.
• Confidence in prayer.
• Freedom from shame.
• Spiritual authority.

Justification by grace through redemption

redemption - to ransom in full

Redemption means:
• Liberation from sin
• Restoration to God
• Hope for renewal

forbearance -God’s patient restraint
God delayed judgment to give humanity the opportunity to repent.

• Patience
• Delay of judgment
• Opportunity for repentance
