(Matthew 28:18-20 NLT) Jesus came and told his disciples, "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
You are ministers.
(Ephesians 4:7-13 NIV) But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it. ... So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
(Ephesians 4:14-16 NIV) Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
Spiritual Gifts: supernatural ability, given to every believer, So we can connect - strengthen - and advance the Gospel in the world.

(Acts 2:17-18 NLT) 'In the last days,' God says, 'I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams. In those days I will pour out my Spirit even on my servants--men and women alike--and they will prophesy.

(1 Peter 2:9 MSG) 'But you are the ones chosen by God, chosen for the high calling of priestly work, chosen to be a holy people, God’s instruments to do his work and speak out for him, to tell others of the night-and-day difference he made for you—from nothing to something, from rejected to accepted.
(Ephesians 2:10 NIV) For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

(Romans 12:3-6 NIV) For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you. For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. 1. Find my spiritual gift.
(Ephesians 1:11-12 MSG) It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone.
(Psalm 139:13-14 NIV) For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
Mercy: “Ohhh…. I’m so sorry. Are you okay?”
Preaching: “That’s what happens when you’re not careful!”
Serving: “I’ll clean it up.”
Teaching: “The reason it fell is because your plate was too heavy on one side.”
Exhortation: “That’s okay – it could have happened to anybody.”
Giving: “Here – take my dessert.”
Administration: “Jim, you get the mop. John, you clean it up. Mary, why don’t you fix another dessert for them.”
