CONVERSATION STARTERS
1. Read Joshua 2:1–24.
2. Rahab recognizes that God is with Israel and chooses to align herself with Him leaving behind her home and her culture. Would those you encounter on a daily basis say that you're aligned with God? If so, has this alignment ever cost you something?
3. Rahab experiences life with God through faith, not pedigree or history. She is an outsider that has been grafted into the family of God. What promises of God can we cling to when we are tempted to think that our history or failures disqualify us from service to God?
4.Rahab acted with courage even while living in a complicated story and a complicated world.Share a circumstance where you experienced God’s provision even in the midst of costly obedience?
5. Rahab’s story becomes woven into the genealogy of Jesus—evidence that God welcomes anyone who turns toward Him. How do you think we as a local church could better demonstrate to the world God’s desire to be with all people?
6. Rahab responded to God’s presence with action—risking, trusting, and aligning her life with Him. After reflecting on this passage, what is one concrete way you can live “with God” this week—in your relationships, decisions, or rhythms?
