“To be honest, we all need fear to drive some sins from our lives. What stops me (mostly) from driving over the speed limit? It’s the fear of speed cameras, fines, demerit points and losing my driver’s licence. What keeps me from secret sins? It is the knowledge that one day I will have to give an account for my life and ministry to the Lord Jesus. We need to learn a healthy fear of God.”
