Prophets and Promises - The Promise of Hope
In 2 Corinthians 1:20, Paul writes, “For no matter how many promises God has made, they are ‘Yes’ in Christ.” This season invites us to listen to the voices of the prophets—Isaiah, Micah, Zephaniah, and others who point to the divine promises of Jesus. During Advent we celebrate God’s next “yes” – his fulfilled promises in each of our lives.
