Step 10 “We continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it”
Use the following as a framework for daily reflection with God:
Ask for God’s help
I can’t, He can, so I’ll let Him!
Inventory your blessings
Be specific about your gratitude!
Pray about significant feelings that emerge as you review your day
Did this feeling lead me closer to, or further from, God?
Did this feeling help me grow in faith and love?
How did I respond to this feeling?
Rejoice and seek forgiveness
It’s about progress, not perfection!
Look to tomorrow
How will I grow?
How can I be useful?
Where will God call me to help somebody today—to be generous, to hear, to give, to enjoy?
Prayer: God of every ordinary day, I wat to stay close to the truth. Not out of fear – but because freedom is found in honesty. Search me gently. Show me what I need to see. Help me admit what’s mine without shame or delay. Keep my heart clean, my relationships honest, and my soul awake. Amen.
