Kingdom: The Ascent Pt 6 - Who Are You Doing It For?
In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus lays out a bold vision for life in the Kingdom of God—one that doesn’t just tweak our behavior, but transforms our hearts. From salt and light to loving enemies, from anger to integrity, we're called to higher ground. This summer, we’ll climb verse by verse through these challenging teachings, discovering how to live with purpose, purity, and passion in a world that desperately needs the hope of Jesus. It’s not an easy ascent, but the view is worth it.

All of us have found ourselves giving—not to glorify God—but to glorify ourselves.
Jesus does not suggest generosity, he expects it.
Applause from people is the only reward you get when you perform for them.
Give boldly—but quietly. Be generous in what you give, not in how loud you give it.
God sees you.
And as believers who live righteously with the right heart, we can expect God’s reward, not human applause.
