Anger is a natural human emotion and a response to the world around us.

Some of us have been hanging around the flames of anger and bitterness so long… you don’t even notice how much you stink.

The real question isn’t, “Why did they make me mad?” It’s: “What am I made
of? What am I filling myself with?”

Name what’s hurting, feel what’s real, and then let it go.
If you’re at the altar, ready to worship, and remember someone has something against you? Drop your gift. Go make it right. Then come back and worship.
Peace with others matters more than praise on your lips.
Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it
while you are still together on the way.”

Don’t wait until it’s too late to settle what needs to be surrendered.
The question isn’t, “Is it real?” Not, “Is it justified?” But, "Do you want to keep it?"
