Message Description:
Have you ever felt like the passion you once had for your faith, your purpose, or your calling has slowly faded? This message is for those who once felt close to God—who experienced His presence, saw Him at work, and lived with spiritual momentum—but now find themselves wondering where that fire went.
"Get Your Passion Back" is a message of hope for anyone who has drifted from their spiritual enthusiasm. Drawing from the life of David, it explores how even the most passionate can lose their way—and how God invites us to return to Him with renewed energy and purpose.
In This Message:
Hear an honest story of losing spiritual momentum—and finding it again.
Discover what it truly means to be “En Theos”—in God, filled with God.
Be reminded that the mundane becomes meaningful when it’s done for the Lord.
Whether life has become routine, faith feels distant, or you've simply lost your spark, this message will remind you that you’re not alone—and that it’s never too late to return to joy, purpose, and calling.
Let God reignite what once burned bright in you. Your passion is worth reclaiming.

Two Types of People
1. Those who let circumstances influence their enthusiasm.
2. Those who use their enthusiasm to influence their circumstances.
En Theos—In God, filled with God.
Where Did David’s Enthusiasm Come From?
He trusted God daily.
He walked with God daily.
He worshiped God daily.
With enthusiasm, David ran into the battle to serve his God. With apathy, David walked on the roof to serve his comfort.
TALK IT OVER
🔥 1. Where Did the Fire Go?
Q1: Can you recall a time when you felt deeply passionate about your faith? What was different about your habits, thoughts, or surroundings during that time?
Q2: What do you think has contributed most to the loss of spiritual passion in your life lately?
✋ 2. You’re Not Alone
Q3: The speaker shared a personal story of drifting while doing everything “right.” How does that resonate with your own spiritual journey?
Q4: What emotions come up when you realize that even someone like King David lost his spiritual fire?
⚔️ 3. Enthusiasm in the Battle
Q5: David ran toward Goliath with spiritual confidence (1 Sam 17:45-46). What would it look like for you to run toward a spiritual challenge in your life right now with En Theos—with God?
🔁 4. When Routine Becomes Relationship
Q6: The message emphasized that enthusiasm is born from daily intimacy with God—not just weekly routines. How would you describe your daily walk with God right now?
Q7: What’s one small daily habit you could reintroduce or begin to help rekindle that connection?
👀 5. Comfort vs Calling
Q8: David lost his passion when he shifted from calling to comfort (staying home instead of going to battle). What’s one area where you might be choosing comfort over calling?
💭 6. Remember, Repent, Return
Q9: Revelation 2:4-5 says, “Consider how far you have fallen... repent and do the things you did at first.” What are some of those "first things" you might return to in your relationship with God?
🕊️ 7. En Theos Living
Q10: “En Theos” means “in God” or “filled with God.” What does being En Theos look like for you practically—in work, relationships, and worship?
🎯 8. Purpose in the Mundane
Q11: The message said that enthusiasm makes the mundane meaningful. Where are you currently serving, or could start serving, with renewed purpose and energy—even in the “ordinary”?
🙏 9. Crying Out for Passion
Q12: David cried out, “Restore to me the joy of your salvation” (Psalm 51:12). Take time to pray or journal: What would it mean for God to restore your joy and passion today?
