Building an Inheritance
This week, Deacon Chairman Chris De Jabet preaches through Acts 20:17-38, where we see that in order to build an inheritance, we must live out integrity in ministry, courageous obedience to God’s calling, commitment to teaching the full truth, and faithfully shepherding others to maturity. 1. Building an inheritance requires consistency and commitment (vv. 17-21).
• The consistency of what you do reveals who you are (vv. 18-19).
• Commit the time to build one another up, without hesitation (v. 20).

2. Building an inheritance will be marked by struggle and sacrifice (vv. 22-27).
• Two things are certain — you will meet resistance, and the Holy Spirit is alongside you (vv. 22-23).
• Know the value of your purpose (v. 24).
