Fear Not: The Real Story of Revelation | "The Throne Room Vision: Worth of the Lamb" ⎮ Father's Day

Today, we look through heaven's door to witness the most breathtaking scene in Scripture. God enthroned in majesty and the slain Lamb standing victorious. When John weeps because no one can open the scroll of history's culmination, the surprising hero emerges - not as a conquering lion, but as a sacrificed lamb. This paradox forms the heart of Revelation and Christianity: victory through sacrifice, power through weakness. As we worship today, we join the heavenly chorus, finding stability in our turbulent world by fixing our eyes on the One who reigns. What difference does it make when we truly believe Christ occupies the universe's control center?

Fear Not: The Real Story of Revelation | "The Throne Room Vision: Worth of the Lamb" Revelation 4:1-5:14
"…I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven." Rev 4:1
hey
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.” Rev 4:8
Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals. Rev 5:1
And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming in a loud voice, “Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?” Rev 5:2
But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll or even look inside it. Rev 5:3
I wept and wept because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside. Rev 5:4
Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.” Rev 5:5
Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing in the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. Rev 5:6
"...that He gave His one and only Son." John 3:16
He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. Rev 5:6
He came and took the scroll from the right hand of him who sat on the throne. Rev 5:7
First: It gives us unshakeable hope in troubled times.
Second, it transforms our understanding of strength and leadership.
