• Consultant partnerships: multisite strategy and financial campaign
• Secured Top Notch Builders with Mike Schmidt as our general contractor
• Meet with community pastors, City Council members, and local leaders

BUILDING
• Interior: 198-seat auditorium, Nursing Mother’s Room, Foyer, ADA-compliant bathrooms, campus pastor’s office, AVL & IT, and Kid’s Ministry space
• Exterior: Upgrades (paint, siding, gutters, and widows), handicap ramp, signs/cross, covered outdoor seating, landscaping, and 34 parking spots
• Phase 2: Elementary room, kitchen, two bathrooms, broadcast/tech room, meeting/groups room, volunteer resource center, and three offices

TIMELINE
• Renovation cost: $1.2 million in a one-time offering or two-year pledges

• Increased from 120 followers (Upper Room) to 3,000+ souls (Acts 2:40-47)
• Churches strengthened in faith “increased in numbers daily” (Acts 16:4-5)

• Years of “Yes, but not yet!” because we weren’t healthy and stable
• We still have many obstacles (projects, organization, economy, etc.)
