Make an IMPACT
The Bible teaches us that tithing is an act of obedience and that we should trust God with every aspect of our lives, which also includes our finances. Sacrificing a portion of our income helps us look beyond ourselves and makes us more aware of the needs of others. We offer many ways for you to make an IMPACT and give back. Take a look at some of the options below
https://mpcc.info/giveHave you ever almost missed something and didn’t even realize how big it was until after the fact?

What is hard for you to accept about Jesus?

People who are daily devoted to Jesus aren’t consumed with their personal safety and comfort above all else. Daily devoted people care more about God’s kingdom coming to this earth than their own lives being shielded from pain or distress.
People who are daily devoted to Jesus live lives that connect them with the poor in some way or another. Daily devoted people believe that Jesus talked about money and the poor so often because it was really important to Him.
A person who is daily devoted to Jesus will do things that don’t always make sense in terms of success or wealth on the earth.
People who are daily devoted to Jesus do not consider service a burden or something they have to do. Daily devoted people take joy in loving God by loving His people.
People who are daily devoted to Jesus are raw with God; they do not attempt to mask the ugliness of their sins or their failures. Daily devoted people don’t put it on for God; He is their safe place, where they can be at peace.
Let me ask you:
Is there something Jesus is doing in your life right now that you’re not recognizing?
Is there something you’ve been resisting because it doesn’t fit your plan?
I there a step of obedience you’ve been putting off, because you don’t fully understand it yet?

Action Steps for this Week:
How do you make sure you don’t just show up… but you actually see what Jesus is doing in your life?
Here are 3 action steps you can begin thinking through this week:
1. Pay attention to what God might be doing in front of you.
· Slow down this week. Don’t rush past conversations, moments of silence, or that tug on your heart. Ask, “God, what are you trying to show me right now?”
2. Surrender the plan you’ve been holding onto.
· What’s something you’ve been trying to control, force, or fix your way? Maybe it’s time to say, “Jesus, I trust You more than I trust myself.”
3. Take one step of obedience, even if you don’t understand everything.
· You don’t need the whole blueprint to take the next step. Maybe it’s a conversation. A confession. An invitation. A commitment. Do the thing you know God is nudging you to do.
