God never gives you more than you can handle.

Truth is... God does not put stuff on us. -- He does allow us to go through it.
(1 Corinthians 10:13 NLT) The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.
Gideon
(Judges 6:15 NLT) "But Lord," Gideon replied, "how can I rescue Israel? My clan is the weakest in the whole tribe of Manasseh, and I am the least in my entire family!"
Moses
(Exodus 4:10 NLT) But Moses pleaded with the LORD, "O Lord, I'm not very good with words. I never have been, and I'm not now, even though you have spoken to me. I get tongue-tied, and my words get tangled.”

(Numbers 11:13-14 NIV) Where can I get meat for all these people? They keep wailing to me, 'Give us meat to eat!' I cannot carry all these people by myself; the burden is too heavy for me.
Jesus
(Mark 14:33-34 NIV) He took Peter, James and John along with him, and he began to be deeply distressed and troubled. "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death," he said to them. "Stay here and keep watch."
You feel like you don't have what it takes.

Truth is your are probably right.
(Jonah 2:2 NIV) He said: "In my distress I called to the LORD, and he answered me. From deep in the realm of the dead I called for help, and you listened to my cry.
• His Presence.
(Romans 8:26, 28 NLT) And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. . . . And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

(James 4:8 NLT) Come close to God, and God will come close to you.....
• His Power.

(2 Corinthians 12:9-10 NLT) Each time he said, "My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness." So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That's why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
• His People.

(Matthew 5:16 NLT) ... let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.
