We want to help connect you with others at The River! Whether it's doing things with people who have similar interests and hobbies, joining a Bible study or Community Group, or serving, contact our Director of Connections and Small Groups at leslie@hittheriver.com for more information.

Are you wanting to grow in your Spiritual journey?
Would you like to get to know others better? The River Church is committed to helping others grow in their faith and developing deeper connections with others. Our small groups are a great way to do this. We have groups for all ages and stages of life. They meet at different days and times to help provide an opportunity that can fit your schedule.

We are looking to grow our groups. If you are interested in joining a new group please contact Leslie Stone, our Director of Small Groups & Connections at leslie@hittheriver.com.

Ready to step into serving at The River?
We are looking for a few individuals who would be willing to be ushers on Sunday mornings. As an usher you will welcome people into the Worship center. You will help pass out bulletins, assist people in finding seating if needed, filling the communion tables and checking the worship area in between services. Upcoming Events at The River

April 2, 9, & 14- Chosen Season 5 Viewing
Do you love The Chosen? Season 5 is coming to the theaters and we would love to see it together. If you are interested in viewing the season at the CMX Liberty Center movie theatre on 3 evenings, please contact Brittany McGaffin. We will plan to watch the show at 7:00 pm on Wednesday 4/2, 7:30 pm on Wednesday 4/9 and 6:30 pm on Tuesday 4/15. April 18 - Good Friday Family Party
Your entire family is invited to join us for a kid-friendly evening of Easter fun as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus with family games, reflective activities, a mysterious snack, an interactive devotional, and group worship. This is a family event, so parents or grown-ups are required to stay. Invite friends, family, and neighbors! Simply let us know the number of people in your party and we will see you there. April 20 - Easter Sunday
Join us for Easter Services this year at The River. We will have a 7:00 a.m. sunrise service in the cafe. We will also have two additional services at 9:30 & 11:00 a.m. in the worship center. River Kids classes will be available for the 9:30 & 11:00 a.m. services only.

April 26 - Dads Meet Up at The Park
Dads and kids of all ages are invited to meet up at the Monroe Bicentennial Commons Park at 9:30 am for a fun time of fellowship and playtime. There is a covered playground, plenty of green space and a walking path. The address is 101 Jerry Couch Blvd. on Rt. 4 in Monroe. Invite others to join you. Questions? email Leslie@hittheriver.com.

May 18 - Baptism Sunday

Parents, mark your calendars for VBS 2025!
Summer will be here before we know it and we are looking for volunteers for Vacation Bible School 2025. We are going to have a fantastic week helping kids discover the bigness of God in the smallest of things! This week will be full of the most important stuff a kid could possibly learn, and we cannot accomplish this without you.
