Would you like to get to know others better? The River Church is committed to helping others grow in their faith and developing deeper connections with others. Our small groups are a great way to do this. We have groups for all ages and stages of life. They meet at different days and times to help provide an opportunity that can fit your schedule.
We are looking to grow our groups. If you are interested in joining a new group please contact Leslie Stone, our Director of Small Groups & Connections at leslie@hittheriver.com.

Upcoming Events at The River
February 9 - Sign ups begin for Ladies Spring Retreat
All Ladies that attend the River are invited to join us again this year for our Spring Retreat on April 25 - 26th. Registrations begin in person on Sunday, February 9. In the meantime decide who you would like to room with and get ready for registrations. You will sign up together as a room this year. You can sign up for a room with 2,3 or 4 people. Watch for the Retreat flyer to be available in the bulletin and on the table in lobby beginning next week.
February 21 - River Youth at Perfect North
Come join your friends for snow tubing on Friday, February 21 at Perfect North slopes. We will meet at the church at 6:30 pm and we will return to the church at 10:30 pm (Parents are required to pick up their child from the church at this time to take them home). All youth who participate need to have a signed liability waiver. We’re looking forward to a fun night!
Students must register by February 14 to ensure we have ample volunteers/drivers.
The cost of tubing is $30, tubing tickets are for 2 hours worth of tubing. Students are encouraged to dress for the cold in multiple layers, hats, gloves, scarves, etc. Sign up at HitTheRiver.com.
February 23 - Worship Night
Join us for a night of worship at 7:00 pm on Sunday, February 23. Let's join together in praise and lift up the mighty name of Jesus. Come expectant. Childcare will be provided.
February 27 - River 201
Have you ever wanted to learn more about what your spiritual gifts are and how you can use them? Come join us on February 27 and find out how God has shaped you in order to serve Him. March 8 - Build Your Marriage Conference in Cincinnati
Pastor Brad and Heidi will be teaching four sessions at a Build Your Marriage conference in Cincinnati on Saturday, March 8th, from 10 - 5 (lunch included). For more information go to citychurchotr.com/events
March 15 - Serve Saturday
We are volunteering at A Child's Hope International and we want you to join us! There our volunteers will pack, seal, and box high protein food to be shipped all around the world. We will be packing from 9:30-11:30 am on March 15. This is a fun, energetic volunteer experience for families to do together. We do recommend volunteers be at least 6 years old.
Registration will fill up fast, so use the link below to sign up! You can sign up multiple members of your family at once, simply add the number of additional people you will be bringing before hitting the blue 'sign up' button on the website.

J.O.Y. (Just Older Youth) Group meets at The River from 1:00 - 2:30 pm. This is open to all River attenders, their friends and family.

We will be meeting from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at the Middletown Sportsman's Club.
