Annual Business Meeting - Today

Please plan to join us for our annual business meeting right after the service on Sunday, January 19. We will be discussing what's ahead for 2025 including ministry, missions, facility, and finances. Lunch will be provided.

Join us Monday night, January 20, from 7:00-8:00pm* as we gather to pray for our church, our community, our nation, and the world.

Women's Ministry TableTop Gathering - January 28

Sisters! Join us in the new year to embark together on a daily reading of the Bible. We are going to read just a chapter a day starting on January 1st and then gather together on Tuesday, January 28th at 7:00pm to discuss and preview what we’ll be reading in February. We’ll be using this reading plan within the Bible app: https://www.bible.com/en/reading-plans/3409. More info to come.

Bible Essentials Class - February 3

Beginning in February, we will be teaching a class at the church called "Bible Essentials for the Believer in a Post-Christian World." This class will address a number of questions about the Bible, including:

- What is the Bible and what does it teach?
- Where did the Bible come from and how did it come to us?
- Can we trust what the Bible teaches and is it still relevant to us today?
- How can we read we read the Bible effectively and apply it to everyday life?

The class will be held on Monday evenings at 7:00pm from February 3 to April 14 (excluding February 17 and March 17).

Women's Ministry
The Women of Hope Saturday morning Bible study meets every other Saturday at the church at 9:00am. Please check the "Ministry Calendar" above for specific dates.

Men's Ministry
The Thursday morning men's Bible study meets every other Thursday morning at the church at 6:00am. Please check the "Ministry Calendar" above for specific dates.

Young Adults
The Young Adults group meets Sunday mornings at the church at 8:45am.

Youth Group
Youth Group meets Sunday mornings during the service on all but the first Sunday of the month. The group also meets Sunday evenings at the church from 4:00-5:30.

Golden MomCo (formerly MOPS)
MomCo meetups have resumed on the first and third Tuesday of the month at First Baptist Church in Golden. Childcare is available.

Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministers offer one-to-one, Christ-centered, emotional and spiritual care for people in the congregation going through difficult times such as job loss, financial struggles, medical issues, or death of a loved one.

Care Team Ministry
The Care Team Ministry provides transportation for those in need in our Hillside Family.

Prayer Ministry
The Prayer Team hosts a monthly prayer night at 7:00pm on the third Monday of the month. Everyone is welcome! You can also receive prayer in person from 9:30-10:00am Sunday mornings in the cry room adjacent to the church foyer.

Meals Ministry
The Meals Ministry is a practical way to meet the needs of others in the congregation who are welcoming a new baby or experiencing challenging circumstances.
