Grace Group Sign Up
From the beginning of the New Testament church, Christians have gathered in small groups for prayer, Bible study and fellowship. If you would like to deepen your relationship with God and his people, sign up and join one of our groups here http://tiny.cc/grace-groups
22-27 Jan | Catalyst Conference
Catalyst aims to equip every single disciple of Jesus to better understand the Bible and teach it to others. That’s why Catalyst conference is not just for Uni students and leaders, but for everyone - including busy full-time workers. We’ve made it so that you will not have to take a single day off work to attend all groups and sessions.
Catalyst is FREE, because we believe that good biblical training and ministry resources should be offered without cost, just like the gospel! For more info and registration, go to https://catalystconf.org.au
8 February | 9am–12pm | Creating Safe Spaces Workshop
A Creating Safe Space workshop will be held at church for those who work with vulnerable people (e.g. children, elderly).
Prerequisite: Attendees MUST complete an online module beforehand, which can be purchased here: https://creatingsafespaces.org.au/product-category/course/
Cost: $15 online module (paid online) + $25 workshop (paid on the day) – subsidies available

Pray for our ministry partners
NICK HADGES AT JAMES COOK BOYS & MOOREFIELD GIRLS HIGH
1. Praise God, our lunchtime group continues to offer tremendous opportunities for growth. Some of the senior boys have made my room their second home, complaining that our once-a-week meetings aren't enough.
2. Pray for the merger of James Cook Boys and Moorefield Girls and that it will lead to SRE both continuing and growing.
3. Let us continue to support and pray that God, in His goodness, will keep the door open in our schools so that we can see a generation of young people in the St. George community come to know Jesus.

SERMON - Peter Moore
Bible Reading: Matthew 25:14-30
Sermon Text: Matthew 25:14-30
Title: The Parable of the Talents
1. Everyone gets something.
2. Everyone gets something different.
3. The Master expects you to use what you are given to grow his kingdom.
Conclusion: Are you using the talents you have been given?
Or have you buried them in the ground?
