SEND THE LIGHT

[Verse 1]
There’s a call comes ringing
O’er the restless wave,
“Send the Light! Send the Light!”
There are souls to rescue,
There are souls to save,
Send the light!
Send the light!

[Chorus]
Send the light,
The blessed gospel light;
Let it shine from shore to shore!
Send the light,
The blessed gospel light;
Let is shine forevermore!

[Verse 2]
We have heard
the Macedonian call today,
“Send the light! Send the light!”
And a golden off’ring
At the cross we lay,
Send the light!
Send the light!

[Chorus]
Send the light,
The blessed gospel light;
Let it shine from shore to shore!
Send the light,
The blessed gospel light;
Let is shine forevermore!

[Verse 3]
Let us pray that grace
May ev’rywhere aboud,
“Send the light! Send the light!”
And a Christlike spirit
Ev’rywhere be found,
Send the light!
Send the light!

[Chorus]
Send the light,
The blessed gospel light;
Let it shine from shore to shore!
Send the light,
The blessed gospel light;
Let is shine forevermore!

[Verse 4]
Let us not grow weary
In the work of love,
“Send the light! Send the light!”
Let us gather jewels
for a crown above,
Send the light!
Send the light!

[Chorus]
Send the light,
The blessed gospel light;
Let it shine from shore to shore!
Send the light,
The blessed gospel light;
Let is shine forevermore!

World Missions Day 2025 Video

With a deep conviction concerning local church involvement in the Mission of Christ, the BMA Department of Missions (now known as BMA Global) was born in 1950. The goal was, and remains, to come alongside local churches in the fulfillment of our Christ-given mission and to seek enduring impact. Over the decades, faithful leaders and servants have navigated tumultuous waters and have remained faithful to the core values. Simple beginnings that included one missionary family to Mexico and another to Brazil have grown to over four hundred missionaries in 65 countries. Thank you Lord for Your presence, provision, and preserving power in and through BMA Global for these 75 years. In this video, we celebrate the rich history of missions through our association of churches.

TELL THE STORY (PSALM 8)

[Verse 1]
O Lord our Lord,
How wonderful Your name
In all the earth, Your glory on display
The works of Your hands
Show us who You are
O all around a vision of Your love
A vision of Your love

[Chorus]
Lift up your voice and sing His praises
With all creation tell the story of the One
Who made it all, You made it all
With every breath we shout Your praises
With all creation tell the story of the One
Who loves us,
You love us,
You love us

[Verse 2]
O Lord our Lord,
You light up our world
The sun, moon, stars declare who you are
Declare who you are

[Chorus]
Lift up your voice and sing His praises
With all creation tell the story of the One
Who made it all, You made it all
With every breath we shout Your praises
With all creation tell the story of the One
Who loves us,
You love us,
You love us

[Bridge x2]
Who am I unworthy one
That You would give Your only son
Who are You to care for me
Amazing love how can it be

[Chorus]
Lift up your voice and sing His praises
With all creation tell the story of the One
Who made it all, You made it all
With every breath we shout Your praises
With all creation tell the story of the One
Who loves us,
You love us,
You love us

I SET MY HOPE

[Verse 1]
When this life of trials tests my faith
I set my hope on Jesus.
When the questions come
And doubts remain
I set my hope on Jesus.
For the deepest wounds
That time won’t heal,
There’s a joy that runs still deeper.
There’s a truth that’s
More than all I feel.
I set my hope on Jesus.

[Chorus]
I set my hope on Jesus,
My rock, my only trust,
Who set He heart upon me first.
I set my hope on Jesus.

[Verse 2]
Though I falter in this war with sin,
I set my hope on Jesus.
When I fail the fight and sink within,
I set my hope on Jesus.
Though the shame would
Drown me in its sea,
And I dread the waves of justice,
I will cast my life on Calvary.
I set my hope on Jesus.

[Chorus]
I set my hope on Jesus,
My rock, my only trust,
Who set He heart upon me first.
I set my hope on Jesus.

[Verse 3]
Though the world call me
To leave my Lord,
I set my hope on Jesus.
Though it offer all its vain rewards,
I set my hope on Jesus.
Though this heart of mine is prone to stray,
Give me grace enough to finish,
‘Til I worship on that final day,
I set my hope on Jesus.

[Chorus x2]
I set my hope on Jesus,
My rock, my only trust,
Who set He heart upon me first.
I set my hope on Jesus.

[Ending]
I set my hope on Jesus.

YET NOT I BUT THROUGH CHRIST IN ME

[Verse 1]
What gift of grace is Jesus, my Redeemer?
There is no more for heaven now to give.
He is my joy, my righteousness and freedom,
My steadfast love, my deep and boundless peace.
To this I hold: My hope is only Jesus,
For my life is wholly bound to His.
Oh, how strange and divine,
I can sing, “All is mine,”
Yet not I but through Christ in me.

[Verse 2]
The night is dark, but I am not forsaken.
For by my side, the Savior He will stay.
I labor on in weakness and rejoicing,
For in my need His power is displayed.
To this I hold: My Shepherd will defend me,
Through the deepest valley He will lead.
Oh, the night has been won,
And I shall overcome,
Yet not I, but through Christ in me.

[Verse 3]
No fate I dread, I know I am forgiven.
The future sure, the price it has been paid.
For Jesus bled and suffered for my pardon;
And He was raised to overthrow the grave.
To this I hold: My sin has been defeated,
Jesus now and ever is my plea.
Oh, the chains are released,
I can sing, “I am free,”
Yet not I, but through Christ in me.

[Verse 4]
With every breath I long to follow Jesus,
For He has said that He will bring me home.
And day by day, I know He will renew me,
Until I stand with joy before the throne.
To this I hold: My hope is only Jesus,
All the glory evermore to Him.
When the race is complete,
Still my lips shall repeat,
“Yet not I, but through Christ in me.”
To this I hold: My hope is only Jesus,
All the glory evermore to Him.
When the race is complete,
Still my lips shall repeat,
“Yet not I, but through Christ in me.”

[Tag]
When the race is complete,
Still my lips shall repeat,
“Yet not I, but through Christ in me.
Yet not I, but through Christ in me.
Yet not I, but through Christ in me.

CONCLUSION

HAVE THINE OWN WAY, LORD

[Verse 1]
Have Thine own way, Lord!
Have Thine own way!
Thou art the Potter, I am the clay!
Mold me and make me after Thy will,
While I am waiting, yielded and still.

[Verse 2]
Have Thine own way, Lord!
Have Thine own way!
Search me and try me,
Master today!
Whiter than snow, Lord,
Wash me just now,
As in Thy presence humbly I bow.

[Verse 3]
Have Thine own way, Lord!
Have Thine own way!
Wounded and weary,
Help me, I pray!
Power, all power surely is Thine!
Touch me and heal me,
Savior divine.

[Verse 4]
Have Thine own way, Lord!
Have Thine own way!
Hold o’er my being absolute sway!
Fill with Thy Spirit till all shall see
Christ only, always living in me.
