Stage 2: Surrender our right to get even, entrusting justice to God.
Stage 3: Transform our feelings, allowing God to heal the anger and bitterness in our hearts.

1. Pray for the person who hurt you.
2. Ask God to give you compassion for your offender.
3. Let go of the past.
