(John 4:35 NIV) ... I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest.
If God answered all of your prayers would it change the world or just yours?
• #1 Why: We have always been God's only plan.
His Ambassadors
(2 Corinthians 5:14-16 NIV) For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again. So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. ...
(2 Corinthians 5:17-20 NIV) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God.

#2 Why: People need the Lord.
Hell is a real place.
God's plan was never to send people to hell.
(John 3:17-18 NIV) For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.
Jesus did not come to condemn. We were already condemned because of our sin debt.
(2 Peter 3:9 NLT) (God).... is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.

#3 Why: People want God.
(Ecclesiastes 3:11 NLT) Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God's work from beginning to end.

#4 Why: I was once lost.
I was in the same position.
I was in the same position.
#1 - Live a life that people want.
Do they want what you have?
(Matthew 5:13-16 NLT) "You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless. "You are the light of the world--like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. ...
There is no such thing as "private faith."
(Matthew 5:15-16 NLT) ...Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.
• Our lives should make people who don't know God want to know God because, they know us.

#2 - Value people.
Yes, all of them.
Love God -- Love People.
(Luke 10:27 NLT) The man answered, "'You must love the LORD your Godwith all your heart, all your soul, all your strength, and all your mind.' And, 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'"
(Luke 10:29 NLT) The man wanted to justify his actions, so he asked Jesus, "And who is my neighbor?"

We have a choice when you encounter people:
What can I get from them? (person to exploit)
What can I keep away from me? (person to avoid)
What can I give them? (Love your neighbor).
• We don't have to be like them, but we do have to like them.

#3 - Go into their world.
(1 Corinthians 9:22-23 NLT) ... I try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything I can to save some. I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings.
• Don't have to agree with them, just try to understand them.

#4 - Choose a good approach.

• Certain God still loves and wants them.
(John 3:16 NLT) "For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

• Be patient.
You show them a picture of God
God will turn their hearts.
(2 Timothy 2:25 NLT) ... God will change those people's hearts, and they will learn the truth.

Connect before you correct.
Jesus made a connection with people first.
Gospel is always grace then truth.

(Revelation 3:20 NLT) "Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends.
YOU CAN GET IT TODAY!
