Read Acts 17:6-7 where we see what was occurring in the early church.
How is allegiance to Jesus different from allegiance to a political party or country?

As followers of Jesus, our allegiance is to Him alone but yet we still need to be active and present in a country we are so grateful for. Look at 1 Peter 2:13 and give examples of what this could look like in our current day.

What could it look like if we put a Jesus filter over our political biases? Is there anything you would do differently after hearing this message or using that filter?

Name things you love and appreciate about our First Love and King, Jesus.
