The Gospels
Instead of shouting the Gospel from the MOUNTAINS MANY OF US ARE WHISPERING IT IN THE VALLEY.
There is a WISDOM MINDSET you have to have to win souls.
Paying the Price of Sin Jesus Died and Rose Again
Jesus literally paid it all including our Hell and made it wen we call on Him just as if we never sinned.
THE GRACE OF GOD SO DEEP & WIDE THAT HE EVEN QUOTES OUR VERY WORDS 1000 YEARS BEFORE WE SAY THEM.
This is what true love looks like….
This is potentially the exact prayer that Jesus prayed in the Garden or even on the Cross.
EVEN ON THE CROSS WAS UNASHAMED AND DECLARED THE FATHER’S NAME.
THE MINDSET OF A SOUL WINNER!
HE HAS DONE IT! HE HAS DONE IT! HE HAS DONE IT!
WE NEED TO RAISE THE GOSPEL SO LOUD AND SO BOLD THAT EVEN PEOPLE NOT YET BORN WILL DECLARE… HE HAS DONE IT!
PAYING THE PRICE OF SIN JESUS DIED AND ROSE AGAIN!
Talk It Over:
1. Breaking the Silence: Identifying Barriers
-What are the specific fears or concerns that hold you back from sharing the Gospel with others?
-How do these fears compare to the courage and sacrifice Jesus demonstrated on the cross as described in Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53?
2. The Importance of Mindset: Wisdom in Soul-Winning
-Proverbs 11:30b says, “He who wins souls is wise.” What mindset do you think is essential for sharing the Gospel effectively?
-How can adopting the mindset of Jesus, as described in Galatians 1:3-4 and Psalm 22, help you overcome your hesitations?
3. Understanding the Cost: Jesus’ Sacrifice for Our Sins
-Reflecting on the description of Jesus' suffering in Isaiah 52:14 and Psalm 22:14-24, how does understanding the depth of His sacrifice challenge your approach to sharing the Gospel?
-How does the fact that Jesus "paid for our hell" and "justified" us (Romans 5:6-8) inspire you to share this message with others?
4. Love in Action: The Most Loving Thing We Can Do
-Pastor Sean said that "telling the truth is the most loving thing you can share.” How can this change your perspective on the potential offense of sharing the Gospel?
-Can you think of a time when you withheld the Gospel out of fear? How might things have been different if you had shared it?
5. Responding to God’s Call: Raising Our Voices
-Psalm 22:30-31 talks about proclaiming God’s righteousness to future generations. What does it look like for you to “raise your voice” for the Gospel in your current context?
-What steps can you take this week to start “shouting from the mountains” rather than “whispering in the valley”?
6. Committing to Boldness: A Shift in Mindset
-The message ends with a call to shift your mindset and become a preacher of the Gospel. What mindset shifts do you need to make to become bold in sharing your faith?
7. Prayer and Commitment
-How can we pray for you as you seek to grow in boldness and share the Gospel with others?
-Would you be willing to commit to sharing the Gospel with at least one person this week? How can we support each other in this commitment?
