What is something you tend to forget fairly often?
Why is it important that we remember what God has done for us?

Read 1 Corinthians 2:1-5
Paul shares with the church in Corinth that he didn’t start by preaching “lofty words” and “impressive wisdom.” Why do you think this was important for Paul to point out?
What do you think happens when we try to win people with theological arguments from the very beginning?
Paul says he came in weakness, timid and trembling. How does starting from a place of “weakness” disarm those we might be speaking to?
Paul points out that he only relied on the power of the Holy Spirit when preaching, or telling, about Jesus Christ. Have you ever experienced the power of the Holy Spirit help you as you were speaking to someone? How so?
Why do we think we have to know every word of the Bible and have every right answer in order to tell people about Jesus?
