What is something unique or descriptive about your church? In Jesus Christ, we are an intentionally transformational community, meeting people where they are, accepting them as they are, taking them by the hand, and walking with them to where God wants us to be.
What is happening within the church that you are excited about? We have a strong emphasis on compassionate ministries and are starting to develop a better discipleship process.
What are one or two prayer needs within the church? Workers for children and teen ministries. Continued wisdom to know what God is calling us to do next.

CarePortal News
CarePortal has had 72 requests so far this month! The challenge is that many of our church teams are on vacation or busy getting ready for the school year leaving us with about 40 open requests, nearly double our normal number of requests. In response to this, we are going to tackle about 12 requests in two days, on August 2 and 3.
Here are the ways you can get involved:
1. Donate some of the items listed below.
2. Join us in connecting and delivering the items to the agency offices and families.
Here is a list of the items we need to complete this Blitz:
1. Diapers (10 boxes, varying size) and baby wipes (10 packages)
2. Baby walker
3. 3 single strollers (umbrella stroller is fine)
4. Cleaning supplies (mop, broom, dustpan, cleaners)
5. 2 food blenders
6. Television
*Except for the diapers and wipes, all of these items can be gently used.
