Would you like to get to know others better? The River Church is committed to helping others grow in their faith and developing deeper connections with others. Our small groups are a great way to do this. We have groups for all ages and stages of life. They meet at different days and times to help provide an opportunity that can fit your schedule.

July 27th - Men's Pancake Breakfast
All men ages 16 and up join us for our annual Free Pancake Breakfast, Saturday, July 27th at 8:00 a.m. in the cafe. Our speaker this year is Ryan Price, our new Associate Pastor. Signup at HitTheRiver.com.
July 28th - River Youth Water Wars
An evening of water fun and competition! Join us at 6:30 p.m. in your favorite water-appropriate clothes as we beat the heat and have a blast playing water games and relays here at The River.
August 12th - River Youth Head to King's Island
All 6th-12th graders and interested parents are invited to a day of fun at King's Island! Parents are to drop off students at the park entrance at 10:00 a.m. and pick up at 4:00 p.m. Please send your student with money to purchase lunch inside the park. During registration, please let us know if your student has a King's Island pass or needs the church to purchase a day pass for them. Day passes are $50 and payment is collected during registration. August 13 - November 5th - Grief Share Group
Starting Tuesday, August 13th we will have a Grief Share group here that meets weekly for 13 weeks. A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way. This group will meet every Tuesday from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Margie Jenkins will be leading the group, you can register for the group by going to HitTheRiver.com and clicking the Events tab.
August 17th - Breakfast with the Goodings
Malory and Kyle Gooding are inviting all students to stop by their home for a morning breakfast bar and yard games! Students should be dropped off at the Goodings' at 10:00 a.m. and picked up at noon. Register at HitTheRiver.com and Malory and Kyle's address will be sent to you before August 17th.
October 4th - UNSHAKABLE Conference
Ladies, mark your calendars! If you are interested in volunteering behind the scenes email Leslie@hitttheriver.com asap and let her know you would like to be part of the planning & set up team. They are beginning to meet very soon. Watch for ticket information early Fall.

Greeter Team - Our Sunday morning greeter team is looking for a few volunteers to serve once a month greeting people on Sunday mornings. This is a great ministry for couples to serve in togerher! If interested, please email info@HitTheRiver.com.
