AWAKEN SEATTLE 2024 • Calvary Chapel Eastside is participating in 100 Days of Prayer with Awaken Seattle from May 16 through August 24, 2024.

Awaken Seattle is a prayer movement for our communities in the Greater Seattle area to be awakened to a new life in Christ.

CCE SPRING CLEANING • We need all hands on deck for a major building refresh, repairs, and deep cleaning.

The walls need cleaning + patching/painting, and the carpet needs stains removed and an overall cleaning. We will provide the paint, but please bring your own cleaning equipment.

Those skilled in patching/painting are welcome to begin right away.

FRUITFUL HILL VOLUNTEER MEETING • If you are helping with the 2024 Fruitful Hill Artisans Handcrafted Market, please join us after worship service on Sunday, July 14th, 11:45am, in the Library.

ECHO GLEN MINISTRY • Please consider joining Pastor Robert on the 2nd Sunday of the month for a 3pm Chapel Service at the Echo Glen Youth Detention Facility in Snoqualmie. This is an opportunity for you to meet and pray for these incarcerated youth during a brief (~40 minute) service.

Please reach out to Pastor Robert (robert@cceastside.com) if you are interested in participating in this important ministry.

Please pray for our Echo Glen Ministry Team as they share the Gospel and pray over these youth. If you would like to join us on Sunday, July 14th, please send an email message to Honey Herman - DCYF (honey.herman@dcyf.wa.gov) for a volunteer application.

CCE SUMMER CAMP: VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL • We invite kids ages 4 through 11 to join us for The Great Jungle Journey: An Epic Cruise from Genesis to Revelation, July 15-18, 9:30am-12:30pm.

The cost per child is $35 ($50 maximum per family).

Bring a blanket or folding chair, baseball mitt (if you have one), and your lunch.

We’ll break bread together and then enjoy fun and friendly games on the field!

ONE LEV ONE HEART MINISTRY CONCERT • Join us at Calvary Chapel Eastside on Wednesday, July 31st, at 7pm, in the Chapel, for an evening with guest speaker and musician, Lori Kate Lowenhar, of One Lev One Heart Ministry.

Lori will share life stories of hope and inspiration during difficult times. Be encouraged as she reveals how God is at work amid ongoing struggles of division and heartbreak that plague the nation of Israel.

See how God has answered prayer as seeds are planted in grieving hearts, and opportunities arise to be a blessing among the Jews and Arabs.

WOMEN’S TUESDAY BIBLE STUDY | SUMMER 2024 • Ladies, please join us as we journey together through Whispers of Rest: 40 Days of God’s Love to Revitalize Your Soul by Bonnie Gray.

In addition to our book study, we will enjoy a time of fellowship and prayer, as well as a variety of hikes, picnics, and other activities throughout the summer.

VOLUNTEER HELP NEEDED | CCE A/V TEAM • Are you interested in participating in our ever-expanding audio/video ministry? We are currently teaching volunteers how to mix sound for both our in-house congregation and those listening online here and abroad. We are also training volunteers in video, lighting, and streaming technologies.
