Preparation Question: Do you believe that the healing power of Jesus is still at work?
Five encouraging statements about the healing power and purpose of Jesus:
1. Jesus heals souls. (v. 23-25)

2. Jesus heals reputations. (v. 26-27)
3. Jesus heals relationships. (v. 28-30)
4. Jesus heals the sick. (v. 32-35)
5. Jesus even raises the dead because He has defeated death itself. (v. 36-43)

1. How have you experienced and/or witnessed the healing power of Jesus in your lifetime?
2. What does the fact that Paul's former associates, the Jews, were plotting to kill him teach us about how and who we choose to associate with?
3. How significant was Barnabas' act of taking Paul to the apostles, and what was it about Barnabas that persuaded the apostles to accept Paul?
4. As Christians, how can we maintain a strong faith that Jesus can heal our physical ailments, and yet not lose hope or faith when He chooses not to this side of Heaven?
