Predicting the future is a big business in America!

Daniel 2 and 7 are chapters about predicting the future.

King Nebuchadnezzar has a recurring dream he can't figure out.

Daniel told Nebuchadnezzar about the future of the Babylonian Kingdom, but future kingdoms too.

"You dreamed about a large statue."

Each metal represent four different kingdoms:

1. Babylon
2. Medo-Persian
3. Greece
4. Roman Empire
5. Later kingdoms coming out of Roman Empire

What can we learn from the statue?

- Decrease in weight and value
- Decrease in beauty and glory
- Decrease in strength

Let's close with a word about Daniel 7.

Take-aways:
1. Earthly kingdoms rise and fall. God’s Kingdom will never be destroyed.
