Preparation Question: What is your understanding of who the Bible allows to perform baptisms?
Three simple statements which affirm every believer's biblical freedom and calling to share God's Word and baptize God's people:
1. You don’t have to be a Preacher to preach and display the Gospel. (v. 4-8)

2. You don’t have to be a Bible scholar to help others better understand the Bible. (v. 26-35)
3. You don’t have to be a Pastor to baptize someone. (v. 36-40)

1. What does Philip's role in the church (and Stephen's too) teach us about who is called to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and be a student of the Bible?
